T his is the new release from the acclaimed indian director S. Shankar. We shot a complete dream sequence in the ancient ruins of Machu Picchu featuring stars Ashwarya Rai and Rajinikanth. 60 dancers, from Peru and Brazil, accompanied the stars.
Services included casting, permits, location management, customs clearance, lodging and catering, equipment rental, crew services, visas, and transportation.
This was the first feature film in 10 years that was able to have a big crew (150+) on site and which was able to use a crane on site. As one of the seven world wonders, Machu Picchu has a very strict permit process, the logistics to get there include airplanes, trucks and trains.
