As soon as they stepped into Cusco they went all the way up to the Pisac Potato Valley. Where thousands of potato species varieties are harvested every year. The local farmers showed us how to cook a traditional Watia using only fire earth and potatoes. We also visited the local San Pedro market where they tasted the local Cuy (guinea pig). Afterwards in Lima they learnt how to cook the local ceviche with chef Javier Morante. The next day Chef Diego Muñoz also gives them a master class of Peruvian cuisine. At the end K&K use all the information they gathered and cooked a goodbye meal.
