Welcome to March's newsletter. Here you will find information about shooting in Peru as well as some of our most recent work.

Lately Peru has been in the news because of its cuisine. In 2017 alone Peru had 3 restaurants in the World's 50 Best restaurants list, and chef Virgilio Martinez won the 2017 Chefs Choice Award. One reason behind this success has been the wide variety of ingredients available in Peru all year round, and specially the ones called "Superfoods".

Right now we are reaching the end of the rain season which means that in the mountain regions the crops are reaching maturity and will start to be harvested. it is a beautiful scenery to see as the rain starts to simmer and the lush green mountain landscapes can be seen. In this "superfoods" category Peru is well know for the Maca, Cacao, Lucuma, Camu-Camu, Quinoa, Kiwicha and Yacon, among others.
