enown Peruvian chef Renzo Garibaldi, creator and owner of Osso restaurant and food products, participated on the current season of Rede Globo's "Mestre do Sabor" program.
He has been featured on several live episodes in Brazil, this time we helped them shoot some of the local activities the chef does in Peru.
The project included visiting local meat shops, classic Lima street locations, as well as his staple restaurant in San Isidro.
