The Patapampa lookout is also known as ‘the viewpoint of the volcanoes’ because from there, you can enjoy incredible scenic views of Arequipa’s volcanoes. It is located at the highest point of the highway connecting the city of Arequipa with Chivay, at an altitude of approximately 4,950 meters (16,240 feet).
