auta is an up and coming restaurant in downtown Berlin. Nauta is also a small village 2 hours from Iquitos in the Amazon basin, close to where the Amazon river is born. This town serves as an inspiration to chef Juan Danilo, where he blends the food of his country, Peru, with Europe.
