n february 2022 we received a call with a very unique question:

"Can you break a diopter and put in in a drone, and also make it rotate while the drone flies to see how it reacts to light. We want you to shoot it in Perdidos Canyon, and also at lake Junin at 13,400 ft."

Sure no problem!

Here in Peru we often get requests that are more demanding for equipment and crew due to the high altitude of the location. In this instance drones are very succeptible to higher altitudes. Luckily we have faves like the DJI Inpire 2 to make it all happen under complicated conditions. We love the Matrice 600 but it is just hard above 3000m. Fortunately we had an amazing crew this time, flying the drone we have Peru's most experienced operator Daniel Garate, assisted by Niels Gomez. For the land shots we have a beautiful SONY Venice with macro lenses shooting through a broken diopter. Great sensorial commercial!
